GEAR Trip

When I went to GEAR it was great and fun to see what GEAR was and what they do. I saw the different styles used and how they printed the sport designs on printed on the T-shirts. Some of the designs I saw they used was blend, hand drawn, spray, and as well as other kinds. How I saw GEAR was clean and smooth with few colors on some images for the company. The company had some competitors where they would just plan months ahead to be able to bring out brand new designs that people would wear. Some of the new designs are hand drawn that their working on that might still be works in progress. To find new and other designs by going to games and take pictures of any new designs that can be found. Their were multiple design departments that were completely separated from one another but still being able to collaberate when different projects are brought to GEAR.

My Initial Brand Design

MAN Brand

The design I had was a pyramid sort of look like the background than next color rectangle after the next. Sort of like the steps/layers on a pyramid. I started out using different combinations of different colors with light and dark colors of the primary colors. Then picked out a color combo that seemed to go well with my design. Then make my design work as a business card, poster, web banner, and favicon. It was a great time as well as confusing process. To find what I can make for my brand.

E-magine 2015

I thought that most of the stuff that I saw at E-magine was good. I thought their were good videos this  time then last year. Also having hilarious animations. Graphic Design's that were terrific. Some of people that got 2nd or won I knew which was cool that some of my friends got into the top 10.  It was also pretty short which was fine by me.

Flat Object Design

Flat Object Design

I would say  Flat Object Design has shape, size, color, and fitting things together. In most Flat Object Design their are shadows to add detail. Icons today use Flat Object Design to make Icons faster to make. For the process it is making and creating objects with certain colors to add shine and to make something with those shapes to make objects that are flat which is called Flat Object Design.

This is my Flat Object Design which will be used for a Icon for my Blog.
